Non EU VAT Exemption All customers outside of Europe recieve a 21.5% discount on all orders sent due to VAT exemption. Discount will be deducted on the order confirmation page. Delivery Schedule Dispatch of Orders All orders will be dispatched after confirmation of payment by PayPal. All shipping times are listed on indivdual product pages. Please note that it may take longer to arrive due to postal delays and stock replenishment. If a despatch delay longer than 7 days is expected we will inform you by email with the option of canceling your order. (We advise all customers to check their email account for confirmation of order dispatch)

Returns Policy If you are not happy with the received product due to damage or quality reasons please return it within 30 days of receiving for a full refund. Postage costs will not be refunded. We cannot refund for change of mind or multiple gifts, though we do offer an exchange for an item that is no more than the value of the original item.  Credit Card Security All transactions are processed by Paypal, which is totally secure.
